2014 Fairbanks Fitness Derby Event 4: Double Unders– MAX REPS *Athletes will be given one attempt to link together as many consecutive Double Unders as Possible. *If you do not complete more than 5 it will be considered a scratch. 2014 Fairbanks Fitness Derby EVENT 3: Complete as Many Rounds as Possible in 15 Minutes of 250m Row 20 Hand Release Push Ups 9 Hang Snatch 95/65lbs 500m Row 20 Hand Release Push Ups 6 Hang Snatch 115/80lbs 750m Row 20 Hand Release Push Ups 3 Hang Snatch 135/95lbs *For Hang Snatch receiving in a Power(non-squat) or Squat Snatch is permitted. *If you make it the entire way through during the 15 minutes you will start back over at 250m Row, 20 Hand Release Push Ups, 9 Hang Snatch 95/65lbs etc.. *Athletes will have one bar and will be required to load their own weight throughout the event.
